Work in accordance with agreed project plan as directed by the Programme Manager
Apply General Ledger domain expertise to understand how G.L activities are performed in North America
Attain documentation in respect of North American (N.A) activities
Document activities where required.
Evaluate process gaps (in accordance with project plan) and recommend action i.e. close gap, or adopt.
Contribute to UK & retained organisational design.
Facilitate, support knowledge transfer and migration of activities to UK or retained organisation.
Tools of the Trade
Qualified accountant and demonstrable experience in Record to Report optimisation and process migrations.
Professional approach borne of business experience.
Can do attitude, ability to find solutions to complex problems.
Ability to communicate at all levels
