As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will work with the customer and swiftly problem-solve technical issues to show how our products can make businesses more productive, collaborative, and innovative.
In this role, you'll work closely with mobile carriers to launch innovative Communications products to users worldwide. You'll interact with partner executive stakeholders as well as internal Google product teams, gain experience in carrier networks and Rich Communication Services (RCS), and increase your understanding of how hardware, software, carriers, and industry standards come together to create our modern mobile ecosystem.
Engage cross-functionally across our key partners’ organizations and be the primary technical point of contact to and from our partners.
Be the technical contact to support the business development engagement process, from initial exploratory discussions and technical evaluation through to integration handoff.
Drive the technical aspects of partnerships, including launches, resolving technical issues, Proof of Concepts, special projects, workshops, etc.
Develop tools and processes to deploy faster and at scale across the partner landscape.
Work closely with the Business Development team to develop technical specifications for service launch and detailed project plans, then own and drive this plan with partners and multiple internal stakeholders .
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in software engineering, product management, technical account management, sales engineering and / or related field.
Experience with a programming language such as Java, C / C++, C#, Python, etc.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience engaging directly with prospects in architecture discussions and best practice.
Experience with IP Messaging, SIP, VoIP and any other communication protocols.
Experience working with mobile carriers and mobile technology solutions / applications.
Knowledge of carrier network architecture and a good understanding of IMS (i.e. RCS).
Ability to present confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to represent the capabilities and services of RCS.
Ability to speak and write in Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
