As a Post Office Counter Clerk, you will :
Go the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic post office experience whilst adopting an approaching and friendly manner
Create a good rapport with customers and engage with them about our products, services and membership
Work to maximise sales opportunities whilst still satisfying the customers needs
Familiarise yourself with the products we sell and services we offer to share knowledge with customers
Ensure customer complaints are dealt with politely and professionally
Be actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community
About You :
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need :
Excellent ability to provide customer service and a passion for providing customer care
A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers
Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evening and weekends
To be presentable and tidy at all times
Confidence and a friendly, approachable nature
