As a Post Office Counter Clerk, you will :

  • Go the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic post office experience whilst adopting an approaching and friendly manner
  • Create a good rapport with customers and engage with them about our products, services and membership
  • Work to maximise sales opportunities whilst still satisfying the customers needs
  • Familiarise yourself with the products we sell and services we offer to share knowledge with customers
  • Ensure customer complaints are dealt with politely and professionally
  • Be actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community
  • About You :

    To be a successful candidate for this role you will need :

  • Excellent ability to provide customer service and a passion for providing customer care
  • A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evening and weekends
  • To be presentable and tidy at all times
  • Confidence and a friendly, approachable nature
