We have a vacancy for a Junior Sous Chef for our stunning new Scotts Restaurant in Port Edgar Marina, South Queensferry.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will have first class organisation and communication skills and have the ability to motivate and inspire the kitchen teams to always produce food to the highest standards and run our kitchen efficiently.
Working closely with our Head Chef and his management team, you will be passionate about food, demonstrating creativity and possess strong product knowledge.
