Providing our partners with an amazing onboarding experience helps to educate them, provide knowledge on our systems and processes but also guides them to success and growth within the Just Eat platform and maybe one day will help them become one of our top partners .and it all starts here!
Lead a team in daily huddles, direction and high motivation
Ensuring business targets are met, taking ownership of the team and results - you will be empowered
Take personal responsibility for staff development across the team and be a major influence on the behaviour and culture
Monitor productivity and quality measures, ensuring all staff / teams are achieving their targets based on agreed SLA’s and contact rates.
Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and partner expectations are met
Set targets, for appraisal, development and review immediate reports and ensure this occurs for all Operations personnel
Lead by example on calls to partners, be one that the team can aspire to be
Coaching of the team at every opportunity
Resolve or escalate issues that slow down onlines
Evolving the team and our processes to maximise our output and experience to our partners
Working cross functional to achieve success in our tasks Sales, Finance, Ops, Customer, Tech and marketing
Report all areas of success and opportunities to your line manager with options to take action when needed
Keeping training material and internal communications fresh and up to date,
Documenting, reporting and communicating changes to policy and procedures.
Required skills and experience
3+ years supervisory / leadership experience or actively working towards this in your PDP
2 years experience in partner relationships
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to stay calm and controlled when faced with adversity
Strong communication skills
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
Projects an air of confidence when dealing with others and portrays outstanding personal capabilities and talents
Has drive and enthusiasm, seems hungry for success, and is able to control difficult conversations in order to achieve the right goal
Adaptability, identifies and adopts the most appropriate style to maximise success in problem solving situations. Is able to relate to our partners or prospects.
Maintaining the partner relationship, continuously looking to identify new ways to support in the delivery of what is required
Is able to utilise the data insights to drive maximum impact while showing compassion and respect to others
Interpersonal Skills - can motivate and direct but know when to apply
