Reporting directly into the CEO, and with a team of five with you, you will be leading on Freepsee's; content, thought leadership, general and product marketing.

As our Marketing Director you will be responsible for :

  • Building our B2B brand globally - constructing and implementing a coherent plan on thought leadership, customer impact, and Freespee's inspiring growth story.
  • Creating highly qualified, in-bound demand for Freespee products and services leveraging all digital marketing channels and trade events.
  • This element of the role is centred around nurturing executive level, qualified leads.

  • Developing a cohesive product marketing plan to communicate internally and train teams on the Freespee product stack and its future developments as well as communicate effectively to our existing and prospective clients.
  • Developing effective digital sales material, leveraging web and video content in partnership in partnership with our Global VP of New Business.
  • Developing a deep customer understanding, customer profiles and their user journeys.
  • You will immerse yourself in Freespee's key sectors in order to truly understand the customer pain points and how we can best address them with our current services.
  • Including visiting current / prospective clients and conducting industry research.

    Requirements :

    As the Marketing Director it is essential that you are ROI focussed and can drive impactful inbound demand that converts into sales whilst creating a super exciting story about Freespee for prospects and eco-system partners.

    You will need to be very hands on in your approach to leading the Marketing team and personally drive the Marketing plan and its implementation whilst also contributing to core strategy.

    You will be used to working closely with key internal stakeholders. Especially Sales and Customer Success.

    The successful candidate will have experience of managing a team and inspiring them to be the very best they can be (the current team is made up of 1x Marketing Manager, 1 x Performance Marketing Manager, 2 x Product Marketing Managers and a Junior Designer)
