Your responsibilities will include :
Providing overall responsibility for service and contract compliance within area of responsibility.
Ensuring all services meet client’s requirements and standards.
Ensuring that local FM operations are being delivered in line with the contractual requirements and operating processes and procedures.
Ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level by providing a high quality and proactive service.
Interfacing daily management between helpdesk and customer to ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met and exceeded.
Maintaining good communication with SUPERDRY users and stakeholders, ensuring that any feedback from failure or incident it’s fully reported
Becoming a recognised figure head for the facilities operation and integrating with the client by building strong customer relationships.
Ensuring that any customer concerns are dealt with effectively and communicated
Managing available resources, promoting an ethos of team work and instil a culture of continuous improvement.
Developing and coaching the facilities team as part of their development and actively manage opportunities and aspirations.
Line managing of staff and through mentoring, developing, coaching, appraising and leading them to deliver the contractual requirements and objectives.
Monitoring contracts through key management staff, ensuring value for money and innovative service is provided.
Delivering quality services in a cost and operationally effective manner.
Demonstrating of value add and continuous improvement through performance measurement.
Maintaining and oversee the relationship management of key client stakeholders and personnel.
Managing and controlling of budgets, financial targets, forecasting and financial processes.
Producing timely and accurate reports with narration on all variances and attends meetings with client and assist with preparation of reports.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the client organisation and Mace Macro.
Providing strategic and technical support as well as general advice to customers, peers and team.
Overseeing ownership and management of H&S system compliance to include supply chain activity.
Undertaking contractual, compliance and audits Support 1$09001, ISO 18001 and ISO14001 accreditation and compliance.
