design? We’re currently looking for an experienced solution design manager to take a lead on warehouse solutions and join our head office sales and solutions team, based in Crick.

What you’ll do on a typical day :

Provide thorough and experienced support in data analysis, warehouse and transport solution design, proposal preparation and presentations.

Work independently on projects whilst supporting multiple projects, varying in scale and complexity

Gather and analyse information from current and potential contracts in order to create a cost-effective and operationally-sound solution that can be presented to the customer within time limits

What you need to succeed at XPO :

You’ll be experienced in designing and presenting solutions to customers

Highly autonomous, and experienced in responding to RFQs, data analysis in a highly customer-facing role

You’ll be highly proficient in excel, ideally with previous experience with AutoCAD or transport planning software
