InterSystems UK seeks a highly-credible and customer-oriented Sales leader for its healthcare products portfolio, including TrakCare, HealthShare and IRIS for Health.
Reporting to the Managing Director, United Kingdom, the Sales Director will be responsible for leading Sales for new and existing customers within the UKI region.
Additionally, he / she will be accountable for ensuring that InterSystems has positive relationships with its customers at Executive C-level and for acting as an advisor to the customers and the company to drive customer success in the InterSystems UK Region.
InterSystems’ healthcare business is poised to continue its success in the region by taking a consultative approach to customer and prospect challenges, and by leveraging a robust and flexible product portfolio to deliver immediate and long-range value.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of articulating and delivering solutions to CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and CCIOs in the UK healthcare market.
Lead and manage planning, discovery, qualification, and development of solutions sales opportunities in the UK healthcare market.
Build and enhance customer relationships at senior level with existing and new customers without compromising on-going implementation and support activities.
Partner with InterSystems internal stakeholders as broadly defined to be technical, marketing, business development and shared services teams to deliver compelling solutions for current and prospective customers.
Provide advice and guidance to customers and prospects to ensure that maximum levels of customer success are achieved.
Appropriately manage internally and externally any key concerns or issues for timely resolution.
Provide feedback to senior staff to enable them to apply customer feedback to the cycle of continuous learning and growth in the region.
Collaborate effectively with people of comparable talents and different strengths, handle conflict constructively, and treat people at all levels and within all roles with respect.
Senior management experience leading software solution sales functions in the UK healthcare market
Proven ability to engage at the C-level with a demonstrable track record of Sales success
Ability to develop and leverage existing relationships with NHS trusts, ICSs, CCGs, CSUs with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with vision for the big picture’ and considers limitations and solutions at all levels.
Ability to handle changes in direction and work priorities with ease and embrace new challenges, remaining positive and level-headed under pressure.
Skilled at identifying critical factors to consider when making decisions, prioritizing tasks and goals appropriately, and effectively assesses risks and returns.
High standards for thoroughness, completeness and accuracy, ability to balance multiple tasks without important details falling through the cracks.
Hunger for continuous improvement including staff and personal development, product development and team workflow and systems, remaining open to mentoring and advice from senior roles.
