The Best Connection Guildford are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a growing client based in Dunsfold to assist in their office booking in deliveries and liaising with both clients and customers alike.

Responsibilities of the Administrator :

  • Customer liaison - Calling customers to book in delivery of items
  • Answering customer queries by telephone and email
  • Booking delivery via computer systems direct into our couriers
  • Ordering / booking and logging information onto the systems
  • Working with the account manager to schedule drop offs and meet ups
  • Requirements of the Administrator :

  • Working with Excell and spreadsheets
  • Use of an online calendar
  • Quick paced
  • Problem solving
  • We are looking for a well presented, articulate and enthusiastic person with a good knowledge of computer systems including : Microsoft Excel, Word and various Internet program's.

    training will be given on the clients own systems and processes)

    Rate of Pay : £11.00 per hour

    Working Hours :

    Monday - Friday : 09 : 30 -14 : 30 (School Hours available)
