Grade : RCS O

Contract Type : Permanent (Full-Time)

Closing Date : 11 / 03 / 2021

Shifts : Rotational any 5 from 7 / 0600hrs to 1400hrs & 1400hrs to 2200hrs

  • We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
  • Co-ordinate activities for Warehouse FLMs in terms of planning Performance Reviews & one to on meetings.
  • To monitor and validate the quality of the information received from the Resource Planning Model and challenge accordingly.
  • Ensure accuracy of resource against volume throughputs.
  • Update Work Instruction documentation as requested and plan training on site.

  • Experience in Supply Chain Environment.
  • Must have previous experience working with large data
  • Must be working at Intermediate level Excel and proficient using basic formulas & functions for example sum, if, count, using filters, vlookups, pivot tables and combining a few basic formulas.
  • Positive, Focussed, Can Do attitude, Right First time and deliver work with passion. Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports. Excellent organisational skills, Ability to follow work procedures
