Job Description

Develops and maintains exceptional client relationships. Provides and oversees support and service activities for a designated client or group of clients, ensuring their operational needs and issues, both tactical and strategic, are managed to the highest level of satisfaction.

Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards. Develops understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.

Acts as a primary point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.

Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.

Advanced professional leading medium to large projects or working on complex or high-profile issues that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions.

May also lead a process or function without direct reports. Demonstrates a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline, and has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products / services, or market.

Develops policies and procedures, and recommends best practices. Advises and provides direction to more junior professionals.

  • Own the strategic business relationship, which include increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Act as a main contact for the account and overall account strategy
  • Build relationships on c-level, but also with influencers, decision makers and the main users.
  • Establish a trusted / strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Experience selling enterprise level software
  • Account Management experience
  • Strong pro-active drive and commercial orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / responsibilities at any one time and continue to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Ability to recognize the importance of an issue, and independently identify a solution in a timely manner or escalate if appropriate.
  • High level of initiative and independent work capacity
  • Basic ability to translate client requirements into compelling recommendations for product and business direction.
  • Strong skills in meeting management
  • Good knowledge of the investment management industry. Experience with front- and back-office systems and workflow (STP) for fund / asset management is a major plus.
  • Experience in building business cases and perform return on investment analysis is desired. It is also an advantage to have in-depth understanding of various software packages and to have generally good IT / technical skills.
