  • Processing payroll weekly through our internal system.
  • Advertising jobs on various job sites creating and managing job adverts.
  • Pre-screening candidates and booking in candidates to register, checking all their documents and paperwork to ensure compliance.
  • Uploading application packs and rights to work onto systems.
  • Booking suitable candidates onto shifts and providing updates to the client.
  • Building effective relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Conducting client visits with a colleague to understand the role of our workers and understand of their business needs.
  • Checking in workers at the start of their shift via telephone and logging attendance. About You.
  • Resourcing or Recruitment Administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Resilient attitude with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset.
