An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical and Electrical Advisor to join our busy Service Support team. This role will require the individual to have a general understanding of mechanical and electrical requirements within commercial and occasionally residential buildings.
You will help to establish requirements as part of planned investments and also advise on the actions required for reactive maintenance.

Candidate Requirements :
The ideal candidate will hold a Technical City & Guilds or equivalent qualification and will have experience of the mechanical and electrical industry in a commercial setting.
Experience of assisting in the development and delivery of successful mechanical and electrical projects and initiatives is desirable.
You will have the ability to build effective relationships and be able to work collaboratively at all levels. You will be flexible in your approach and be prepared to work some evenings and weekends to fit with the business needs.
You will hold a full driving license as travel will be required within the role.
