The jobholder must maintain commitment and focus on customer service at all times as a large part will be dealing with institutional and student enquiries, frequently from people whose first language is not English.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential alongside the ability to deal with people at all levels -
students, academic staff and partner institutions abroad.
To be fully effective the appointee will be a strong team player, take a flexible approach to their duties, and provide mutual support as necessary to handle peaks in workflows.
