information This is a busy and interesting post providing support to the MBA Administration Manager in the UK-based administration and development of the Business School's MBA provisions, mainly delivered overseas.

The post will take direct responsibility for many clerical and administrative aspects of this.

The role requires excellent organisational skills and ability to deal with high volumes whilst maintaining accuracy and reliability.

The jobholder must maintain commitment and focus on customer service at all times as a large part will be dealing with institutional and student enquiries, frequently from people whose first language is not English.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential alongside the ability to deal with people at all levels -

students, academic staff and partner institutions abroad.

To be fully effective the appointee will be a strong team player, take a flexible approach to their duties, and provide mutual support as necessary to handle peaks in workflows.
