Accurate and timely delivery of monthly and quarterly results analysis and commentary, assessing key drivers of performance, risk, and opportunities.

Deliver analysis and provide business insight on both results and forward-looking issues impacting performance and the effectiveness of business unit.

Assist FP&A Business Partner in establishing performance targets and develop long range plans to achieve strategic goals.

Translate Business Partner operational strategies and objectives into long term financial strategy.

Develop, maintain, and enhance offline planning and forecast models.

We are looking for people who :

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ACA or ACCA a plus.

5+ years’ experience, including experience in planning, forecasting, and management reporting; demonstrated baseline accounting knowledge.

Strong Excel and financial modelling skills required; experience using SAP, BPC, and TM1 desirable.

Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to tell a compelling story with data, with experience summarizing analysis and preparing presentation materials for executive leaders.

Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to develop business insights from large data sets.
