With your track record in the development and delivery of brand communications strategies and plans, ideally in beauty or personal care, you will play a key role in delivering the company’s objectives, both short and long term.
Reporting to the CEO, with accountability for the creation and delivery of a cohesive communications strategy, you will recommend brand choices and investment priorities across the company’s brand portfolio.
With your knowledge and experience, you will act as the in-house brand marketing expert, advising on brand equity development and brand positioning, and mentoring the wider team on all aspects of brand building and digital marketing.
You will provide support and guidance to the brand marketing teams and external agencies, to drive and deliver the communications plans.
Your direct experience and up to date knowledge of digital marketing and social media will assist you in leading and developing the Digital Marketing team.
