An exciting newly created opportunity has arisen in the Children’s Social Care Academy for a Children’s Workforce Improvement Lead.
We are on a journey to outstanding so this post has been created for a fixed term of 2 years within a social care academy framework to drive and influence workforce development activity across Early Help & Children’s Social Care.
We are looking for an ambitious, creative and innovative leader who has significant proven workforce development experience whose practice is informed by systemic ideas with a strong relational focus.
