Your responsibilities

  • Supervising the distribution network through regular visits and joint sales calls
  • Coordinating sales activities through follow-up of agreed action plan for partners / distributors
  • Idea generation for sales promotions including preparation of action plan
  • Controlling the sales and promotional activities budget for the area
  • Assessment and evaluation of market trends
  • Compiling advanced competitive analysis
  • Support and directly interact with top accounts
  • Optimize market coverage and penetration by understanding and developing specific activities to maximize effectiveness of major sales channels
  • Your profile

  • Preferably a degree in Business (Bachelor or higher)
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales in life sciences
  • Strong background in (trade-) marketing
  • Leadership / team management experience
  • International experience (organization, sales responsibility)
  • Experience in B2B sales management (channel sales)
  • Passionate about quality and client relationships
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Strong service mind-set and solution focus
