A growing manufacturer of capital equipment that supplies bespoke solutions to a global customer base, is now seeking a temporary Maintenance Engineer to cover a secondment to another area of the business.
This role will take you until at least Christmas and it's possible it will continue into the New Year.A well organised, clean, tidy environment, you will become one of two maintenance engineers in this area of the business, ru ing electrical and mechanical pla ed and preventative maintenance, with an electrical bias.
Some of your main responsibilities are listed below : Installation and maintenance of electrical / mechanical plant equipment i.
e. Control panels, fixed electrical installations & testing, hydraulic and pneumatic systemsPla ed and Preventative Maintenance of machines manufactured by the business, as well as shot blasting machines, bespoke test equipment and machining centres.
Facilities maintenance - Hard ServicesBreakdown responseInterpreting electrical / mechanical drawings, schematics and operating instructions Sub-contractor supportThe ideal candidate will be an experienced maintenance engineer with an understanding of both electrical and mechanical, with a bias towards electrical.
