A day in the life of our Commis de Rang demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike;

Our Commis de Rang are responsible for expediting the dishes from the kitchen to the front of house designated area in a professional manner by paying attention to cleanliness of dishes, but also running the pass, making sure all the equipment is well polished and ready for service and preparing coffee and tea according to the guests preferences and up to standard.
Other duties will include completing the morning opening mise-en-place on time as well as closing duties, having extensive menu knowledge, and to ensure that the restaurant is ready to operate and welcome.
