We have a great opportunity for a creative chef to become a part of a large kitchen that prides itself on using locally sourced and fresh produce to provide enticing British and International dishes.

The kitchen is part of a beautiful Grade I listed manor house hotel surrounded by expansive gardens. This hotel is also a popular venue for weddings and celebrations, therefore, has a thriving kitchen to support such events.

Key responsibilities :

  • Assist the Head / Executive Chef and ensure smooth running of food production
  • Maintain high food hygiene conditions by complying with statutory regulations
  • Work alongside the Executive Head chef to influence new menus
  • Ensure the kitchen is run in a consistent professional manner
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared correctly and served at great quality, portion size, and temperature
  • What you will need :

  • Experience in a role at a similar level
  • Qualifications in Food and Hygiene
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum is offered for 45 hours per week. Benefits of working for this company include great progression opportunities and excellent incentives.
