We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Marketing to support our growing portfolio, across a range of projects and events.
The successful candidate will gradually be expected to take on managing the team responsible for all marketing-related roles of the business, including the Head of Media & Communications and the Digital Experience Manager.
You will have
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in the B2B events sector
Experience of and strong interest in email campaign marketing and social media management
Interest in or some experience of HTML / CSS coding in website and emails
Interest in or some experience of SEO & SEM techniques
Previous experience in working on marketing events / products / services across international markets (with experience in US markets a strong plus)
Previous experience in managing marketing databases with significant pools of data
Building and managing digital communities (LinkedIn, twitter)
SEM PPC, SEO, SEM and Affiliate programmes
Some understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Ability to take the initiative, desire to learn and take ownership of tasks and projects
Enthusiastic, pro-active and able to inspire the team
Ability to multi-task, prioritise projects and work to tight deadlines
