About you :
As an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent leadership and team working skills, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of our high quality Tissue Viability Specialist Services, ensuring provision of specialist clinical leadership across all elements of Tissue Viability, clinical care and education across the community and inpatient services of Berkshire Healthcare, managing a team of Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialists.
You will be a clinically credible practitioner with good knowledge and skills in tissue viability and complex wound management with a strategic vision and determination to drive continued development of innovative, highly effective tissue viability specialist services.
You will work in close partnership with our commissioners to support the delivery of a clinically and cost effective dressings budget.
With considerable leadership experience and the ability to communicate well across multi-professional boundaries you will be committed to raising the profile and advancing the specialism within the team, across the Trust and the wider health economy.
You will be an inspirational member of our small specialist team, striving to be your very best and supporting colleagues.
Forging strong partnerships, you will be proactive, working with other professionals to ensure a seamless delivery across multiple agencies.
Reliable and knowledgeable, you will have great IT skills and be familiar with various systems and software packages. With an access to your own car, you will be able to travel independently to locations across Berkshire.
