WSP is seeking to enhance their existing team and employ a Building Surveyor operating primarily from our offices in Bristol or Cardiff.
You will be joining an exciting progressive company that will give you the diversity of projects and the opportunity to grow your career.
The primary role is in managing and undertaking project work for our wide range of clients, including preparation of feasibility studies, planning and building regulations applications, preparation of tender documents and contract administration on site using the NEC3 and other suites of contracts.

Achieves staff commitment to these plans.
Implements effective budget management to achieve high level quality of service and cost effectiveness.
The individual will be capable of undertaking professional work including surveying properties and their assets, collecting data efficiently and effectively with accurate levels of information for reporting.
Knowledge of party wall work, due diligence and fire risk assessment is also preferred.
The successful candidate will also be highly IT and CAD literate, able to design, develop and produce drawings and other documents efficiently and competently.
They will have the ability to operate as part of business unit and within a multi-task environment within appropriate authority levels, and to represent the company with confidence to a variety of clients, reporting to the management services team leader.
