We’re looking for a hard-working, highly motivated Portfolio Manager to manage and strengthen the relationships of our growing customer base.

As a Portfolio Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of SME’s across a variety of sectors in the UK.

You’ll be responsible for managing relationships, contracts and renewals for our existing book of clients. Your focus will be to drive retention and growth across your assigned portfolio.

You’ll be working with multiple different stakeholders, including Sales, Risk, Operations, Tech and Marketing to ensure our customers’ facility runs as smoothly as possible.

Here’s what you’ll be doing :

  • Build long standing relationships with your portfolio of clients; obtaining a deep understanding of our customers and educate them on how they can make the most of our multiple funding solutions available
  • Identifying and closing new opportunities within your portfolio of active and inactive customers. Including upgrades, limit increases and early subscription renewals in order to drive a growth in revenue month on month
  • Successfully negotiate subscription renewals
  • Seek constructive feedback from our existing clients and liaise with our Product Team to help drive ongoing improvements in our funding products
  • Work closely with our Risk team to propose and agree relevant changes to our client’s facilities, to ensure we meet and exceed their funding need
  • Provide best in class customer service, directly impacting the retention rate of our customer base and improving how we serve SME’s in the UK
  • Applying a can do attitude to everything you do, you will be working closely with all areas of the business to ensure our customers facilities run as smoothly as possible, delivering on our companies North Star;
