Team / Function Overview : ISG aims to deliver authoritative and timely sources of reference data to the firm through service-

oriented operations teams and state of art technologies, which facilitate the collection, storage, analysis and distribution of product, pricing, client, account and corporate action data.

On boarding Master Central is a state of art Legal Entity and Account on boarding platform based on self-service rule-driven business process management engine and designed to minimize Client on boarding time to market while keeping the costs flat.

Role / Position Overview : The L3 Operations Lead will be responsible for managing a cross functional team of 6 10 staff members and vendor resources providing end to end support comprising of multiple technology and will act as the single point of contact for Senior App Development Lead.

Responsibilities include maturing operational process capabilities including incident, change, problem, release and availability management.

Leadership and personal character traits required are handling pressure situations, meeting deadlines and target dates, possessing strong analytical / problem solving skills, and incorporating organization skills including task prioritization.

Finally, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to communication in a professional / customer oriented manner at various levels in the firm.

Knowledge / Experience :

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Dealing with external clients to ISG group and represent strategic road map
  • Strong technical knowledge on how to troubleshoot and support OMC application and understanding of products and services offered to clients
  • Experience of working within a shared services function with a diverse client base
  • Proven ability to interpret and implement change
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Qualifications

  • Good academic qualifications would be desirable, but less relevant than a proven track record in collaborative change management
  • Previous prod support management services related qualifications would be advantageous
  • Managing team in cross geographic regions with excellent communication skills

  • Skills :

  • Technically proficient in Java, Linux, Shell scripts, Restful API’s, sftp, scp, jconsole, to set java heap memory, Mongo, Oracle, Service Now, SSL certificates, Load balancing, fail over, Disaster recovery, Udeploy, SQLPLUS, CURL, SED / AWK, Jenkins, Openshift, Kubernetis
  • Expertise in process management including current state, pain point recognition and future state design.
  • leadership and teamwork skills in a small local setting, as well as across different geographic locations
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in demanding environment including production outages.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead global DevOps team across NAM, EMEA and LATAM as part of ICG Client Onboarding Technology Book of Work
  • Work collaboratively with multiple and varied global units (including Core Development, Configuration, Integration Development, Reporting and Support functions) to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage daily L3 activities in terms of support, stick to SLA’s and provide semi prod support coverage
  • Ensure OMC monitoring is well managed across OMC suite of applications (UI, Integration, Reporting etc)
  • Help on Onboarding new applications and / or components and managing smooth maintenance of existing OMC components
  • Oversee OMC agile release management lifecycle and co-ordinate deployments in SIT, UAT and PROD
  • Manage OMC Change management is achieved and all releases are kicked off by expected dates
  • Manage release execution and ensure deployment and testing activities are successfully completed
  • Manage OMC Infrastructure activities in terms of inventory, procurement, co-ordinate deploying software
  • Manage relationships with Citi internal teams and external vendors where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with Citi’s process and documentation across SDLC and other tools
  • Manage OMC load balancer, DNS requests and be hands on submitting orders, tracking and supporting app issues.
  • Co-ordinate DB and SA patches are rolled out in time and app teams are notified of the upgrade
  • Make sure 24x7 coverage is available for OMC and weekend rotation as well
