Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of Programmatic campaigns. The successful candidate will have experience in DSP and Programmatic technology and the ability to develop our junior talent.
The role requires a candidate who has the ability to take on a great deal of responsibility from the outset, will be able to take the initiative and be a confident communicator.
Key Accountabilities
Demonstrate advanced understanding of the display marketplace and Programmatic technology
Be accountable for the output of the trading team by managing workloads and driving problem solving
Coach and develop the trading team to ensure best in class delivery
Own commercial practices including invoicing, spend delivery, investment and margin management
Work closely with the product development team to ensure new processes are communicated appropriately to traders
Work closely with campaign strategy and account management teams to ensure post-audit recommendations are communicated appropriately to traders
Take part in select client meetings and demonstrate ability to translate our technical product for those with limited Programmatic experience
Establish and build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers
Play an active role in the development of our Programmatic offering by driving improvements to current workflow and processes
Key Experiences
Significant experience gained working your channel specialism
Ability to run meetings both internally and externally in relation to activation and delivery
Developed credible external relationships with media owners
Management skills which enable the effective running of large teams
Professional Skills
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills and highly literate in MS Office, specifically excel.
Highly skilled in problem solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye on attention to detail
Strong industry knowledge, actively interested in trends that could impact Dentsu and continued professional development
