The Managing Director will serve as the commercial leader for the Brokers sector of the RMS business at a global level. The Managing Director will be a key driver in the transformation of RMS’ Brokers business.
S(he) will have the capability to lead a team of high performing Client Directors and Client Executives to successfully build the business through expanding RMS’ customer base with new clients and to deepen and expand the relationship with new offerings and solutions in the existing customers.
First and foremost, this role will be a leader of teams and an influencer of people. The Managing Director will be skilled at orchestrating complex deals, mentoring others, building C-level relationships, and building and leading a high performing team.
