This is an opportunity to join an established team of Psychological Therapists working in G.P. practices and community venues providing a range of NICE compliant psychological therapies, including Step 3 High Intensity Psychological Interventions.
This is a substantive post at 22.5 hours per week.
Health in Mind has a reputation for clinical excellence, innovation and collaborative working with secondary care and voluntary services.
The multi-disciplinary team consists of CBT Therapists, Primary Care Counsellors, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Primary Care Mental Health Practitioners and Employment Advisors.
The post holder will provide high intensity interventions to a range of adults with anxiety, depression and trauma related problems.
You will receive regular supervision as well as in service training and CPD days that ensure your continued learning and development.
Experience of working in Primary Care will be an advantage. As well as 1 : 1 work you may be expected to co-facilitate group interventions.
For the delivery of group work we provide in-house training and additional support, should you need. Previous training in delivering supervision or experience of providing supervision will also be advantageous.
Although this post will be based in Hastings & Rother locality, as a part of Health in Mind you must be willing and able to travel throughout East Sussex as required.
As an 8-8 service, there is an expectation to provide 20% of agreed clinical appointments after 5pm or before 9am.
