World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Lead CRM and Media Reporting Manager to drive CRM performance measurement and insights improvement, that will enable to build stronger customer loyalty and increase value delivered and ultimately have happier and more satisfied customers across 23 countries.

You will be responsible for designing, streamlining and implementing processes (dashboards, reports, decision trees) for any CRM / Paid Media measurement to draw key insights / conclusions to the teams regarding campaign and channel performance.

You will be working in a highly matrix and dynamic environment connecting closely with the wider marketing team, global agencies, IT teams and key markets.

You must be comfortable diving deep into different sources of data (CRM, Media), managing a team of analysts in Mumbai, and generating and communicating virtually actionable insights from global and localised CRM campaigns across our different segments to a wider audience.

About the Role :

  • Manage CRM reporting E2E process with the operation agency, ensuring KPI and metrics are accurate, and reports are timely and efficiently produced, resolves issues pragmatically and at an early stage and ensure key findings are presented to all relevant stakeholders and communicated in all CRM supports
  • Lead the CRM reporting streamline and automation project which includes : A) Streamlining all the reports and moving them from Excel to Microsoft Power BI, B) Automation of all existing manual reports and C) Creating a self-
  • serve CRM business intelligence portal in Microsoft Power BI with all data available.

  • Be the storyteller of CRM results to internal stakeholders and markets showing value generated to the business and the customers.
  • Provide and communicate actionable insights from campaign performance analysis (the so what and what’s next) to grow and retain our loyal customers base, increase basket size and visits, working closely with local agencies.

  • Enhance CRM customer knowledge and contact strategy by adding new available resources of data and new metrics to reports (ex.
  • Paid media data, Digital, Loyalty website, NPS) and insights and continuously provide ideas for test & learn plan

    The Candidate :

  • Statistics / Data science background strongly preferred
  • Proficiency using Microsoft PowerBI to create and enhance dashboards, and Adobe Analytics. Command of SAS is a plus
  • CRM (Direct Mail, SMS, Email, Mobile channels), Paid Media and Digital measurement expertise and experience building and delivering cross channel reporting and insights
  • A high degree of passion for understanding raw data from different sources, transforming data into easy to use dashboards and communicating clear business insights to optimise and enhance campaigns
  • Project management skills to lead different measurement projects simultaneously
  • Experience in agency management : reviewing fees vs budget and performance monthly, ensuring that all reporting projects are produced and delivered efficiently in a virtual environment
  • This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-

    cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
