The firm has expertise across areas to include Corporate / Private Equity, Infrastructure Projects, energy and Natural Resources, International Arbitration / Dispute Resolution and Banking.
The client base includes lenders, investors, governments and multi-laterals. The firm is in the process of establishing a London office and the process for hiring the first lateral partners has commenced.
Candidates with Private Equity acting on behalf of fund and transactional corporate experience to include M&A, JVs, corporate structuring in sectors such as energy, natural resources and infrastructure in the emerging markets to include primarily sub-Sahara Africa are sought.
The firm is profitable and able to pay competitively for the right candidates.
Partners with teams would be welcome as well as individual lateral partners.
