As a Care Assistant, you have the power to change lives!
As a Care Assistant in Kingsbridge and the surrounds, you’ll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the people in our care.
This role is a chance to make a real difference to people’s lives - without your support, they may live a life constrained to specialist units or hospitals.
Yuo'll join a team of health and social care professionals to deliver the highest standard of care to service users within their own homes.
Day-to-day tasks will include supporting them with CPAP, BiPAP, cough assist, tracheostomy care and any additional services required.
Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on.
Day and night shift patterns are available for this role.
You’ll need to be an approachable and understanding people person, with a minimum of 3 months of experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one.
You may need to assist clients with limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process.
Access to your own vehicle is desirable, and the right to work in the UK is essential.
