    We are looking for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Assistant to work within the fast-paced environment provided by Library and Learning Services at the Waterside campus.

    You will act as roving frontline support, staff service points, promote support and services and maintain the learning environment.

    The hours of work are 37 hours a week, on a rota basis between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

    Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

    You will need to be self-motivated, outgoing and confident. Your ability to listen to, support and delight our customers will be extraordinary and your positivity will ensure you fit right in with our fantastic, high-performing team.

    A good working knowledge of IT office based applications is required, as is a flexible and pro-active approach to work, a natural ability to empathise and a genuine desire to advise, guide and help others.

    Qualifications

    Essential - Education to GCSE level or equivalent

    Desirable - 'A' Level or above or equivalent
