We are currentlylooking for a SHE Advisor to provide SHE services across the SPN area (Kent, Surrey,Sussex, South London).
This role will support our UKPN obligations and yourrole will be to ensure compliance across all UKPN sites.
In this position you will ensurecompliance with policy and group standards at all Kier McNicholas UKPN sites,offices and depots in SPN and will work with other members of the SHE andAlliance team to support policy implementation.
You will be maintaining personal proficiency and competency levels tocurrent standards and promoting best practice to ensure Kier McNicholas is bestin class for compliance within the Alliance and company.
Overseeing siteaccident / incident management and investigations ensuring underlying causesare identified with actions for prevention, as well as ensuring adequacy ofrisk assessment / method statement management process by approval interventionsis also part of this role.
You will needto report on SHE statistics of performance and measure against objectives and ensureSafety Passport, Site Inductions, Toolbox Talks, Safety Briefings, etc.

What do we need from you?
Weneed you to have NEBOSH Qualified with a minimum five years practical H&Sexperience, especially under CDM (2015) in addition to a Minimum three years’ experience working in utilities (and preferably HVpower distribution), providing first line advice, reporting and tacticalsupport.
If you have knowledge of UKPNand power industry (ENA) standards and specifications and an environmentalqualification (IEMA or equivalent) then this could be the perfect role for you.
