Administrative duties include the receipt, collection, handling, production and distribution of written materials, electronic records, answering queries, maintenance of various databases including the Q Pulse electronic quality management system and the use of DATIX incident / risk management systems.
Keyboard skills are a requirement for this role, as is the ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
The ability to work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively with others is of paramount importance.
The role is full time and flexible working arrangements will be considered.
