Come join the team and help us make history!We are looking for a Senior Program Manager Payroll, who will support our partners in accessing great tools, processes and reporting for them to manage all payroll related processes.

You ensure that we constantly innovate on behalf of our partners to have a best in class payroll set up. You will manage the project across EU and will have to cooperate closely with customer service, the in-country DSP teams, DSP program team, internal risk & compliance team and your counterparts in North America to ensure that processes and projects are launched to the highest satisfaction.

Key functions for the role include : · Lead and manage activities through the complete project life cycle· Partner with all stakeholders to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, blockers and ensure a well-coordinated project plan· Collaborate with technical and business teams to drive the global design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our DSP payroll program as well as other systems· Define and continuously improve the processes, reporting and SOPs for our DSP payroll program· Manage the relationship and contracts with 3rd party providers· Regularly provide senior management with insights and updates on customer and driver payroll· Build the project structure around large, cross-team initiatives to maximize alignment, drive collaboration, and facilitate communicationThe position can be placed in Munich, Berlin, Madrid, Milano or LondonBasic qualifications· Bachelor’s degree· This leader has experience influencing and interacting with cross-functional teams· This leader has 5+ years of project management experience, HR related preferred· A history of developing strong, value-add partnerships and managing 3rd party companies· Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities· Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volume of engagements· Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy and detail· Advanced Excel analysis and reporting skills· Fluency in EnglishWe look forward to receiving your application in English!Preferred qualification · Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMP) preferred· Lean Management skills are beneficial to a successful execution of the role· Master degree preferred· Language Skills in German, Spanish, Italian, French are preferred, but not required
