The retail marketing team sits at the heart of Dixons Carphone’s ambition to help everyone enjoy amazing technology and make our stores a better than ever experience for colleagues and customers.
We develop customer led communications and concepts, turning them in to reality. You will be contributing towards the creation of compelling campaigns from fast paced trading programmes through to new product and technology launches in stores with increasingly results driven customer engagement plans, store theatre and events.

This purpose of this role is to create engaging product selection journeys and clear promotions for our customers. Supporting the execution of customer communications within Currys stores, specifically in consumer electronics (CE) and Currys service offerings.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for :
Planning - Manage the forward planning cycle ensuring that at any given point in time we have clear visibility of projects by promotion or product range change.
Project management End to end management of instore communications within the CE squad.
Communication Ensure clear communication between internal and external stakeholders, being the lead point of contact within the CE squad.
Finance Support the Retail Marketing Manager with the team’s finances, ensuring projects are within budget, making cost savings where possible.
Store POS management Being the expert on all printed comms within the CE squad, owning communication to store.
Ensuring all briefs are accurate before passing to key stakeholders.
Ensuring that all campaigns adhere to the relevant toolkits providing our customers with clear, consistent and customer centric communications to aid their shopping experience.
Desired skills & experience :
Excellent project management skills plus an ability to multi-task proficiently.
Ability to interrogate briefs to ensure all detail required is obtained.
Ability to write clear, insightful and motivating briefs.
Basic copy writing and proof reading skills.
Excellent organisational, written, interpersonal and communication skills
