Translating Global Project Adoption Team (GPA) strategy by leading, coaching and managing others and performing work with significant independence
Coordinate and monitor large, strategic cross-functional IT and Network Information Security (NIS) implementation projects partnering Member Firms on service adoption roadmap and comprehensive change management
Work together with relevant stakeholders to identify cross-work stream dependencies and manage impact of changes
Establish a trusted conduit for escalations and provide awareness of territory concerns, constraints and competing priorities back to the Core PMO Team
Working in a complex, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skill sets
Conduct training sessions within members of the Global Project Adoption team, related to deployed services, as needed
Driving continuous improvements to processes through identification of best practices and lessons learned to be shared within and across the other regions
Building effective relationships with key stakeholders including Territory Senior Partners, regional and local Chief Information Security Officers, local IT leadership and other customers as appropriate to facilitate effective adoption and delivery of programs
Managing ad-hoc requests and prioritize own work and that of others to accomplish the goals and objectives of the team
Assist in the budget review process and the delivery of key presentations for Leadership review.
Assist in development and implementation of appropriate Framework and Governance process for initiation and adoption of services across the region
Formulate strategic reporting on deployment progress including tracking of risk areas and mitigation plans
6 years of progressive roles managing IT system / software development and project management processes
Prior work experience across regions and within the EMEA region
Highly focused in relationship building with stakeholders to facilitate effective and efficient program delivery
Interpersonal skills that facilitate team building
Strong problem solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to respond to challenging situations with a pragmatic approach towards solutions
