Competitive Salary (DOE) + Pension + 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5pm.

Caretaker required for a specialised manufacturer of construction products. This large and stable employer has a brand new facility creating lots of opportunity for a progression and a long term career.

The Successful Caretaker will come from a hands on background and be confident in general DIY tasks. Those with experience as a Handy Person, Trade Worker or Caretaker will be ideal, although those from other backgrounds will be considered.

You will be able to work autonomously, and be a team player to support the team on other activities.

The Caretaker Role :

Completing routine maintenance checks.

Indoor maintenance including fixing basic plumbing leaks, toilet repairs, basic carpentry and replacing fixtures.

The Successful Caretaker :

Hands on background and be confident in general DIY tasks.

You will be able to work autonomously

Team player to support the team on other activities.

Previous experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
