The successful applicant will have experience in analysing leases, understanding tenant fit-out works and reinstatements.
Also have an understanding of dilapidations, liability assessments and budgeting, negotiations of lease exit transitions, break clauses and surrenders.
Your day to day will also include valuation aspects of lease-end matters, specifically section 18's and preparing appraisals and cashflows.
