We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our team at one of our Head Office locations in London, N1C.
This position is available from August 2019.
We are a contract catering company that provides a fresh food service, serving seasonal and innovative food to a rosette standard for approximately 120 employees daily.
We provide a breakfast and lunch service from our coffee shop on site; serving cakes and pastries alongside our popular salad bar and soup offer.
We also have a grab and go option for the customers. Our breakfast service consists of a hot porridge and yoghurt offer.
There is also a small, cold hospitality offer for the function rooms on site.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent craft skills, be flexible in their approach and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
They will also have experience working in food preparation, as well as managing a team.
As our General Manager, you will need to manage your time effectively, working hands on in the kitchen in the production of all food and managing the team.
You will need fresh and current menu ideas and must be able to show flare in your work. Good financial understanding is required and you will need to be able to oversee and develop the offering.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, on a rota basis. The site is open from 7am to 5.
30pm. A degree of flexibility is required to cater to the needs of the business and the unit.
