Mobile Building Services Engineer London 41 42K

I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a commercial AC Engineer to join a growing team within London.

The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service & maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A / C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial & residential clients.

PACKAGE :

19 / hr for a 42.5 hour week basic

Van & fuel card

1 in 7 call out 150 pound standby 50 pound extra for call and minimum of 4 hours

Overtime 1.5 in week & Saturdays, X2 on Sundays & bank

all travel over 1 hour per day is paid

24 days holiday + bank

Pension

Healthcare scheme after qualification period

THE ROLE :

Looking for a mobile Building Service Engineer to work London + M3 / M4 corridor. Work will be carrying out PPM’s, reactive and repair work to the following :

Electrical & mechanical maintenance

AC Maintenance VRF’s / VRV’s, Splits, Downflow Units

FCU’s

Experience with Chillers an advantage but not a must

They are open to all experiences from either a mechanical or electrical background for the position.
