You will be working within state of the art offices for an organisation renowned for their trusting working culture and cutting edge technology and innovation.
As a Contracts Administrator you will be a key member of the Aircraft Group Contracts Team.
You will manage contractual activities associated with a number of contracts / customer accounts. The primary function of the contract administrator is to ensure compliance with the agreed contractual obligations between Moog Wolverhampton and its customers.
This key position will include responsibilities such as : -
Review of contractual terms within purchase orders, ensuring compliance and consistency with agreed terms, highlighting any discrepancies.
Utilising the CRM system to track quotations to customers and producing reports to leadership as well as coordinating with other departments across the business to establish lead times, prices and logistics.
Managing of a number of differing customer web based portals in order to retrieve customer orders, providing updated delivery forecasts.
Assisting the Team Lead and Contracts Manager with the preparation and submission of proposals to customers.
In the absence or in support to the Programme Manager, act as the single point of contact for the company
Foreign and domestic travel may be required to support customer meetings / negotiations
To apply for this opportunity you will bring with you proven contracts and customer account management experience full sales order cycle, and ideally a Bachelors degree or equivalent within business or contract law.
Ideally but not essential you will possess : -
Knowledge and application of UK and US Government conditions, i.e. DEFCONs and FARs and DFARS
Understanding and application of contract provisions such as warranties, remedies, technical data rights
Proven experience of using MRP and ERP systems, ideally SAP from order creation to close out
