£26,000 (dependent upon level of delivery) Management Assessor (L5) - £22,000 - £26,000 Management, Customer Service & Admin Assessor (L3) -

£21,000 - £24,000 Package : Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension, Mileage + much more! Type : Full Time, Permanent Duties : Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeships in Management, Customer Service and Business Admin at level 3 -

or Management to Level 5 if competent. Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.

As part of the Higher Apprenticeship delivery (if competent) you will conduct study group and 1-1 sessions with Managers, sharing experiences, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends.

Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.

Delivering classroom / group based training to groups of learners, along with field based assessments. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.

Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

Work to learner review and completion time-scales. Assessors are expected to take part in learner recruitment / identify new business to maintain own caseload.

Essential Criteria : Recognised Assessor Award : D32 / D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA. Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in either Management Level 3 or Level 5, as well as Customer Service and Admin Levels 2 / 3, including Functional Skills (Maths / English / ICT) to level 2.

Experience of, and confidence in group / classroom delivery. Must hold solid occupational competency within the above vocational areas.

Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. Must be flexible with travel. Personal Skills : Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.

Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
