The Cavendish School, Eastbourne, is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed Teaching Assistant to join in the continued development and success of our Primary Phase as part of our exciting all through status.
The Primary Phase opened its new building in September 2016. If you have the skills, drive and enthusiasm this could be the perfect role for you.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who believe in creating strong, positive relationships with the children, developing them personally, socially, emotionally and academically and have the ability and determination to ensure excellent progress and to raise standards.
You will establish and maintain the highest standards, are flexible and have the potential to get the best out of our pupils.
You will need excellent organisation and communication skills and can forge positive relationships with children.
You will join a team of dedicated and caring staff in establishing outstanding provision, learning and progress for all our pupils.
