Primary Job Responsibilities
This position corresponds to specialised artists & technical staff responsible for production of multi-dimensional Visual Media content as well as adding to and enhancing Digital Solutions -
Visual Media Group's capabilities. The overall goal is to deliver industry recognised and award-winning visual communications products and solutions.
Using a suite of visualisation tools and solutions to develop a range of graphical, animated, and interactive outputs dependant on the project brief and budget.
Challenge working methods for profitability and perfection.
Working in a growing diverse team of experienced designers
Conceiving, executing, and delivering projects with keen awareness for design, animation, interactive media, architecture & engineering.
Creating high quality work, both for our clients and on our own research and development projects.
Continuing to develop knowledge and skills relevant to the position in interactive media
You will work alongside members of Digital Solutions teams with a range of data capture, analysis, visualisation and compliance technologies, including the Jacobs TrackRecord system.
In doing so, you will provide critical input to delivering projects on time and budget.
With exposure to an expanding range of market sectors and an extensive knowledge pool, you will deliver dynamic, innovative solutions to internal and external clients by thinking both logically and creatively.
Significant Industry experience
Experience in the 3Ds Max
3D Real-Time / Game Development with Unity and or Unreal
Interactive media development (Unity / Unreal)
Passion for VR / AR development
Experience in 3D environment generation
Experience with modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production workflows
A problem solver
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Exemplary focus and attention to detail
Scripting / Programming experience in (HTML, C#, MaxScript, ActionScript, Flash etc.)
User Interface design
After Effects + Motion Graphics, and Adobe Creative Suite software
Knowledge of Civil 3D and other Autodesk related products
Data Visualisation and Simulation

Ability and flexibility to function as part of multi-disciplinary teams located across a number of offices is essential.
Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues
Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems
Strong attention to detail and an ability to apply knowledge into practical schemes
