The Position

The Human Resources Administrator is a new role on the Radancy People team, focusing on support and administration for our European offices and employees.

This role contributes to the goals of the People Team by providing efficient and high level assistance in the administration of the day-to-day operations, functions and duties of the department.

You will be working directly with the HR Director for Europe on a number of new and existing programs to support our growing employee base.

What does a great Human Resources Administrator do?

  • Ability to respond to HR queries and provide HR guidance to employees
  • Support the new hire onboarding process including document collection, reference checks, induction meetings and probation
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and kept up to date
  • Assist with all HR reporting and metrics data, ability to run ad-hoc reporting requests and maintain spreadsheets
  • Maintain and update the various HR platforms
  • Assist in the coordination of various programs : learning & development, appraisals, company benefits etc.
  • Understand, update and communicate company policies and procedures
  • Assist with HR support to other European offices
  • Assist with note taking and producing minutes of meetings
  • Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practice
  • Requirements for Consideration

  • 1-2 years HR experience
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred
  • Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information required
  • Working knowledge of HR practices a plus
  • Outstanding organisational, time management and decision-making skills. Strict attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - highly visible position
  • Very strong computer skills, MS Office skills must be excellent
  • High level of resourcefulness and strong team player
  • Ability to multi-task is essential, with a keen sense of priorities and sense of urgency
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Bilingual English / French desirable
