ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be supporting talent negotiations and bookings across Hearst’s international brands and digital pure-plays that may include print and digital covers as well as digital profiles.
This is a tight knit team so you be participating in regular creative brainstorms, ideating concepts for franchises and social promotion with the team, researching talent and social trends.
You will be involved in coordinating shoots, booking studios, scheduling travel, renting equipment as needed, assisting with scripting, etc.

The Talent Assistant serves a crucial support function in ensuring that a steady flow of ground-breaking talent is booked effectively and efficiently.
This is an exciting role and we are looking for someone that lives and breathes the entertainment / pop culture (ie music, television, movies, social / digital).
You will Ideally have some experience within a similar role however if you don’t, we can provide training to upskill you.
We are firstly looking for someone that can multitask, work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines, and is a team player.
