The non-contentious construction team in Birmingham is led by Andrew Outram with the National Team Head, Patrick Garner, also sitting in the team.
Its recent work has included leading on the construction aspects of various major logistics developments and build to rent schemes with some of the UK’s leading developers and advising on the corporate acquisition of a landmark building in London with a value of £400m.
Our Birmingham team of three partners and 10 legal advisors works closely with our wider national team and is consistently highly regarded in the legal rankings.
You will be working closely with the team and will typically be advising on a mix of development / infrastructure projects, real estate and corporate acquisitions and disposals and property finance.

What are we looking for?
Ideally, we are looking for an NQ or junior lawyer who has a strong background in non-contentious work however we are open to receiving applications from people with any construction law background but keen to carve a career in non-contentious work.
